eDiscovery is first and foremost a consulting service supported by appropriate technology.

Over 30 years of technology based experience with professional services companies and technology providers with an extensive focus in both the eDiscovery, investigation, information governance and litigation support service sector. My experience includes business development, strategic planning, project management, operations management and marketing. In addition to a Bachelors Degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois, I also hold a Masters Degree in Marketing from Loyola University. I have multi-national experience having worked in the Pacific Rim for several years with Motorola.

I have managed well over 600 investigations and discovery matters over this time, while also working with corporate legal departments and law firms to better manage eDiscovery, Investigations and Information Governance.

I have held senior roles at multiple companies. I built and managed a profitable eDiscovery/Litigation Solutions group within PLA. I was responsible for the P&L, budgeting, business development, marketing, staff management, technology selection, as well as a billable resource. I advised both corporate legal and law firm attorneys on eDiscovery matters including Litigation Preparedness, eDiscovery Case Management, Computer Forensics, Information Governance and litigation department operations.
