enhanced his leadership credentials at Compliance Discovery Solutions and Hire Counsel in
Washington, DC, focusing on eDiscovery, managed review, data management, and process innovation.

His tenure at Holland & Knight LLP, and its predecessor Thompson & Knight LLP, solidified his
reputation as a leader in legal support services delivery and litigation support management. In his role
as Discovery Counsel and Vice President, Analytics and Review Operations at HaystackID in Dallas, TX,
Kevin was instrumental in managing the Managed Review Division, focusing on operations, review
management, and strategic planning. His innovative approach in leveraging the latest in automation,
data analytics, and predictive technologies and artificial intelligence has distinguished him as a

Kevin holds a Juris Doctor from the Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political
