Michael is an adjunct professor at New York Law School where he teaches e-discovery courses. He is also senior managing director at Peak Discovery, a professional staffing and business solutions firm. He joined the firm in 2005 after practicing at a major law firm and managing projects at a company specializing in Business Process Outsourcing. He graduated from the University of Florida with a BA and obtained his JD from New York Law School. He is currently an active member of the New York County Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association. He specializes in large document review projects, e-discovery, legal expense control models, and the placement of temporary attorneys and paralegals in law firms and corporate legal departments.
