The Masters Conference

Welcome to the Masters Conference 2008 which is scheduled to take place October 16-17, 2008 at the Ronald Reagan Building located at 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW in Washington, D.C.

December 1, 2007 marked the first anniversary of the FRCP as they applied to electronically stored information (ESI).  Looking back since these rules were put in place, the legal technology space has dramatically changed.  Attorneys are now faced with the responsibility of taking ESI into account for all discovery requests.  Corporations are now responsible for taking stock of their electronic data and must implement proper protocols to ensure they are litigation-ready.

This event marks the third installment of the Masters Conference and will focus on educating in-house counsel, law firm attorneys and litigation support teams on the importance of these rules.  It is an intimate forum where highly respected speakers in the industry, vendors and attendees can collaborate and share lessons learned and discuss different topics and issues they all deal with.  Maintained on a small scale with attendance capped at 350, the Masters Conference is designed to be an exclusive opportunity to learn and network with the top legal professionals in the industry without battling large crowds and vendor halls.
